Also, this coverage pays medical payments for other people injured on your property, regardless of liability, up to certain limits stated on your policy.

Renter’s Insurance

Just because you rent, doesn't mean your possessions aren't worth protecting. You may think your couch, coffee table, sweaters, shoes, coats, TV, VCR and CD player aren't worth a lot but those items all add up. That's one of many reasons why you need Renters Insurance.

Renters Coverage

Renters Insurance policy covers personal property, subject to the policy limits. Your property is covered anywhere in the world - if your clothing is stolen while you're on vacation, you're covered. But there are special policy limits for your jewelry, watches, furs, silverware, firearms, computers and rugs or carpets made outside the U.S. For a complete list, please check with your Farmers agent.

Typically, you are protected if your property is damaged as a result of theft, fire vandalism, riot or civil unrest, etc.

Personal Liability

Renters Insurance covers you against damages arising from bodily injury and property damage, for which you are legally responsible. Coverage is available for liability resulting from the use of your premise (including swimming pools), the acts of your pets, and unintentional acts by you and qualified family members.
